摘  要：
高职院校学生社团建设是校园文化建设的主要载体,在培养高端技能型人才方面发挥着重要作用。本文结合高职院校学生活动的实际情况,分析了高职院校社团建设存在的主要问题,从管理方面、队伍建设方面、外部环境方面有针对性地提出了解决高职院校社团建设的对策,为培养合格高端技能型人才,发挥社团组织应有的作用提供借鉴。

摘  要：
Student community construction is the main carrier of campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges and plays an important role in training high skilled talents. combination with the practical situation of higher vocational college students activities, this paper analyzed the main problems of community construction, from the management, team construction, external environment, and so on aspects, puts forward the countermeasures to solute of the higher vocational college community construction, and play to the role of social organizations should provide reference for cultivating qualified high skilled talents.
