基于系统论思想的山西省资源环境承载力综合评价研究

摘  要:
基于系统论思想构建山西省资源环境承载力评价指标体系,采用熵值法与特尔菲法相结合的方法确定评价权重,运用GIS技术实现属性数据与空间数据的融合。通过评价得到山西省中部、南部地区资源环境承载力处于低水平的结论。山西煤焦电冶等高能耗高污染行业的发展使资源消耗强度大,对山西省的资源环境系统造成了很大的影响,致使区域资源环境超出其承载力的阈值,建议以资源环境承载力为基础进行区域功能规划,增强研究区域可持续发展能力。

摘  要:
On the basis of systematic analysis of the characteristics and status of its resources and environment,the comprehensive evaluation index system of resources and environmental capacity was established in Shanxi province.The Entropy method and Delphi method were combined to determine the weights of the evaluation.The GIS technology was used to achieve the integration of attribute data and spatial data.The conclusion was that resources and environment carrying capacity of central and southern regions of Shanxi province were at a low level.Shanxi coal smelting with high-energy consumption and high pollution industries enlarged the resource consumption intensity,resulting in a lot of regional resources and environment beyond its carrying capacity threshold.It was recommended to plan regional function based on the resources and environment carrying capacity.
