《天朝田亩制度》“田政”考辨

摘  要：
《天朝田亩制度》对历代典章制度借鉴颇多。其“田政”部分,对北魏、初唐均田制有所借鉴。《制度》要求平分土地和建立公平地方行政的要求,因为立法者抓住了当时中国社会问题的关键即土地问题,而具有进步意义。同时《制度》既然来自立法者经验范围,其所借鉴古代典章制度又已经行之有效,对当时社会问题的分析亦十分准确,因此不该被视为是“反动性”的。《制度》未能实施,与太平天国政治的客家渊源相关。太平天圆政权的贡役制性质,使之无法满足《制度》之平等原则。

摘  要：
Land System of Taiping Heavenly Kingdom fully required its resource of land systems all over the dynasties in Chinese history, especially from Jun-Tian System of Northern Wei Dynasty and Tang Dynasty. Land System of Taiping Heavenly Kingdom possessed active essence because the Taiping's legislators grasped the key social problem: Land problem and asked for distributing the land equally and establish the impartial rural administration. On the same time, Land System of Taiping Heavenly Kingdom should not be called as reactionary because, in the first place, it is originated from registrators' experience range and in the second place all of those systems it got from had been proved valid ,and at last its idea about that society was very correct.
