玉蝉花种胚的丛生芽诱导和植株再生技术

摘  要:
以玉蝉花(Iris ensata)种胚为外植体来研究其丛生芽诱导和植株再生。玉蝉花种胚的丛生芽诱导最佳培养基配方为MS+6-BA 1.0mg·L-1+NAA 0.6mg·L-1+KT 2.0mg·L-1,60d时的增殖系数最大,达到9.61;最佳生根培养基为MS+NAA 0.5mg·L-1,生根率达到100%。本研究结果可促进玉蝉花种质资源的有效开发和利用,为种质保存、育种及其他无性繁殖技术等研究的开展提供无菌植物材料。

摘  要:
The embryos of Iris ensata were used as explants to study cluster buds induction and plant regeneration.The optimal culture medium for cluster buds induction was MS medium supplemented with 1.0mg·L-1 6-BA purine,0.6mg·L-1 NAA,and 2.0mg·L-1 KT.The greatest multiplication coefficient for bud induction(9.61)was achieved after induction for 60 days.The optimal root induction culture medium was MS medium supplemented with 0.5mg·L-1 NAA which had a rooting rate of 100%.The present study facilitated effective development and utilization of I.ensata germplasm,and provided sterile technology for germplasm conservation,breeding and other asexual reproduction researches.
