黄霉素对池塘养殖建鲤的生长性能及肌肉成分的影响

摘  要:
[目的]研究适量添加黄霉素对池塘养殖建鲤的生长效果的影响。[方法]在60 d的试验周期中,选用约55 g重的建鲤为研究对象,研究了饲料中黄霉素不同添加水平对池塘养殖建鲤的生长效果、肌肉成分及体型特征的影响。[结果]当饲料中黄霉素添加量为2、48、mg/kg时,建鲤生长率、特定生长率显著高于对照组,饲料系数极显著低于对照组。建鲤成活率,黄霉素添加量为2 mg/kg时与对照组差异不显著;添加量为48、mg/kg时显著高于对照组。黄霉素不同添加水平对建鲤肌肉成分和体型特征无显著性影响。当黄霉素添加量为4 mg/kg时,与其他各组相比,建鲤生长率、特定生长率和成活率最高,饲料系数最低,成活率最高。[结论]池塘养殖条件下建鲤饲料中黄霉素适宜的添加量为4 mg/kg。

摘  要:
[Objective] The aimed to study the effect of moderately adding flavomycin on the growth of Cyprinus carpio var.jian in pond culture.[Method] During 60 test period,the C.carpio about 55 g was selected as research object,the influence of adding flavomycin in feed with different amount was studied on the growth,muscle composition and body characteristic of C.carpio in pond culture.[Result] The growth rates and specific growth rates of C.carpio was higher than the control group obviously,while the feed coefficient was significantly lower than the control group when the addition of Flavomycin in the feed was 2,4,8 mg/kg.The survival rate of C.carpio had no obvious difference from the control group when the addition amount of Flavomycin in the feed was 2 mg/kg;but significantly higher than the control group when addition was 4.8 mg/kg.The flavomycin with different addition amounts had no evident affection on muscle composition and body feature of C.carpio. Compared with each other group,the growth rate,specific growth rate and survival rate of C.carpio reached the highest,while its feed coefficient was the lowest when the addition of flavomycin in the feed was 4 mg/kg.[Conclusion] Under the condition of pond culture,the appropriate addition of flavomycin in feed of C.carpio was 4 mg/kg.
