鸡枞菌多糖抗环磷酰胺对小鼠免疫器官损伤的作用

摘  要:
通过观察鸡枞菌多糖(TAP)抗环磷酰胺对小鼠脾脏和胸腺组织损伤的影响,探讨TAP对免疫功能的调节作用。每天对小鼠腹腔注射不同剂量的TAP,连续7d,于给药第5天起同时每天注射环磷酰胺(CTX)制作免疫抑制模型,于第8天处死小鼠检测其脾脏和胸腺指数,并制作脾脏和胸腺组织切片,HE染色后观察组织结构变化。结果表明,TAP能显著提高免疫抑制小鼠的免疫器官指数,增加其脾脏和胸腺中淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞的数量,可保护其脾脏及胸腺组织结构的完整性,其中以高剂量TAP效果最好。TAP可减少CTX引起的小鼠脾脏和胸腺萎缩,提高免疫抑制小鼠的免疫功能。

摘  要:
By observing the antagonism of Termitomyces albuminosus polysaccharide(TAP) to cyclophosphamide on spleen and thymus injury in mice for exploring the regulation of TAP on immune function,the mice intraperitoneal injection of TAP was given to mice with different doses once a day for 7 days.After 4 days,the mice in test groups were intraperitoneal injection of CTX at same time.All mice were killed after 7 days.The spleen index and thymus index of mice were investigated.The effects of TAP on spleen and thymic tissue of immunosuppressive mice were observed with HE method.The results showed that the immune organ indexes of immunosuppressive mice were notable increased,the number of lymphocytes and macrophages was increased in spleen and thymic tissue.The spleen and thymic tissue structures of the mice were protected by TAP.The effect of highest dose of TAP was the best.TAP has immune enhancement effect by decreasing the atrophy of spleen and thymus in immunosuppressive mice.
