青藤碱-γ-环糊精包合物的性质及谱学分析

摘  要:
通过溶液共混法制备青藤碱-γ-环糊精包合物;纯化后利用体式显微镜观察包合物的结晶形态,通过差示扫描量热分析、红外光谱、X射线粉末衍射及核磁共振等方式对包合物进行分析鉴定和性质表征。结果表明:青藤碱-γ-环糊精包合物表现出明显不同于青藤碱的性质特征,青藤碱与γ-环糊精能形成稳定的新型包合物,γ-环糊精能显著增加青藤碱的溶解度,青藤碱与γ-环糊精形成的包合物的包合物质的量比为1:1,其包合常数为600.3L/mol,反应前后的吉布斯自由能变化为ΔG=-15.85kJ/mol。

摘  要:
Sinomenine(SN)-γ-cyclodextrin(γ-CD) inclusion complex was prepared successfully through mixed solution method,and its crystal morphology and micromorphology was characterized and analyzed by stereomicroscope after purification and recrystallization.In addition,SN-γ-CD inclusion complex was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),infrared spectroscopy(IR),differential scanning caborimetry(DSC) and nuclear magnetic resonance(HNMR).The results indicated that SN-γ-CD inclusion complex at the ratio of 1:1(SN:γ-CD) had obviously improved stability and solubility.Meanwhile,its inclusion constant and Gibbs free energy were 600.3 L/mol and-15.85 kJ/mol,respectively.
