西藏日喀则地区常用饲料原料的营养价值评定

摘  要:
本试验采集西藏日喀则地区的全株玉米青贮、青稞秸秆、油菜秸秆、绿麦干草、苜蓿干草、燕麦干草、青稞和油菜籽共8种常用饲料原料,评定其营养价值,以期为该地区饲料资源在反刍动物上的高效利用提供数据参考.结果表明:全株玉米青贮的干物质含量小于22%,发酵系数和费氏评分较低.不同饲料原料中粗蛋白、粗脂肪、木质素、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维含量存在差异.相对饲喂价值顺序为:苜蓿干草>全株玉米青贮>燕麦干草>绿麦干草>青稞秸秆>油菜秸秆.总可消化养分含量顺序为:青稞>全株玉米青贮>燕麦干草>绿麦干草>青稞秸秆>苜蓿干草>油菜秸秆.日喀则全株玉米青贮的发酵品质仍需进一步提升,应依据生产需求和原料属性科学评定和合理利用饲料原料.

摘  要:
The nutritive value of common used feed materials in Tibet was evaluated in order to provide references for efficient utilization of these feed resources in ruminants. Eight feed materials including whole-plant corn silage, highland barley straw, rape straw, green wheat hay, alfalfa hay, oat hay, highland barley and rapeseed were collected for this experiment. The results indicated that the dry matter(DM) content of whole-plant corn silage was less than 22%, and the fermentation coefficient and Fleig scores were lower. The contents of CP, NDF, ADF, EE and ADL were different in different materials. The RFV of different materials was in the order of alfalfa hay > whole-plant corn silage > oat hay > green wheat hay > highland barley straw > rape straw. Their TDN was in the order of highland barley > whole-plant corn silage > oat hay > green wheat hay > highland barley straw > alfalfa hay > rape straw. In conclusion, the fermentation quality of whole-plant corn silage needed further improvement, and the rational utilization of roughage should be conducted based on production demand and material properties.
