连翘等3种中药材中有机氯农药残留量研究

摘  要：
对中药材连翘中有机氯农药残留量测定的气相色谱方法进行了研究。样品中的农药用丙酮水进行提取 ,经二氯甲烷液液分配 ,浓硫酸磺化净化 ,用气相色谱OV - 170 1毛细管柱内标法进行检测。方法的最低检出浓度 :5 0× 10 -4 μg/mL～ 2 5× 10 -5μg/mL ;回收率 :81 5 5 %～ 10 5 2 5 % ;精密度 :0 0 16 %～ 3 32 %。并应用该方法对连翘、蒺藜和南沙参中有机氯农药残留量进行了测定。结果表明 :这 3种中药材中均有不同程度的有机氯农药残留 ,但基本上未超过国家标准中人参有机氯农药最大允许残留限量

摘  要：
Residuals of organochlorine pesticides in Forsythia suspensa Vahl, Tribulus terrestris L. and Adenophora tetraphylla (Thunb.) Fisch were studied by gas chromatography. The pesticides were extracted by acetone, separated by sodium chlorine, distributed by CH 2Cl 2, purified by concentrated sulphuric acid and detected by GC-ECD. Internal standard method is adopted with HEPCLO as the internal standard. The minimum detection concentration was 5 0× 10 -4 *!μg/mL～ 25×10 -5 μg/mL The recovery is 81.55%～105.25%,the accuracy was 0.016%～ 3.32% . Organochlorine pesticides were detected in all of these 3 plant materials, but the amount did not exceed the standard of organochlorine pesticides residual MRL in gingsen set in GB/T 15517 1- 1995
