从棚室经营特殊性为出发点,以果蔬质量可追溯模式为研究对象,针对已有可追溯模式单向信息流存在的不足,且不能适用于棚室经营的特殊性,以供应链理论为基础,应用物联网技术理论,设计适用于棚室作业环境,面向不同供应链结构,通过消费者参形成体验信息的双向信息流可追溯模式,以提高消费者对可追溯信息可信度,改善可追溯系统的使用效应,为棚室经营主体的"互联网+"转型升级提供理论依据。

摘  要:
Starting from the particularity of the greenhouse business, we took the traceability model of fruit and vegetable as the research object, and pointed out the shortcomings of the existing one-way information flow in the traceable mode, which can not be applied to the particularity of the greenhouse operation. Based on the supply chain theory and the Internet of Things technology theory, according to the working environment of the shed and facing the different supply chain structure, we designed a two-way information flow traceability model with consumers participating in order to improve the credibility of traceability information and the use effect of the traceability system, aiming at providing a theoretical basis for the transformation and upgrading of the "Internet +" of the greenhouse business.
