沙拉沙星对大鼠生殖毒性和致畸性的研究

摘  要:
本文报道沙拉沙星对Wistar大鼠生殖毒性和致畸性的研究。在孕鼠妊娠第 7~ 15d ,分别经口灌服 5、50、和 50 0mg/kgb .w .剂量沙拉沙星溶液。试验结果显示 ,沙拉沙星对孕鼠的健康状况、行为和增重均无明显影响 ;各剂量组受孕鼠的活胎数、死胎数和吸收胎数均无明显影响 ;除50 0mg/kgb .w .剂量组胎鼠的体长明显低于对照组外 ,各组间的胎鼠体重、体长、尾长和胎盘重均未见明显差异 ;各剂量组和对照组均未出现外观畸形和内脏畸形 ,仅 50 0mg/kgb .w .剂量组胎鼠的骨骼畸形出现率 ( 3 6 3 % )显著高于对照组 ( 8 7% ) ,但不存在剂量 反应关系。作者认为沙拉沙星对Wistar大鼠无明显的生殖毒性和致畸性

摘  要:
WT5BZ]This paper reports the reproductive and teratogenic toxicity of sarafloxacin to Wistar rats.Sarafloxacin was administered orally by gavage to groups of inseminated rats for 9 days(Day 7 to Day 15 post insemination)at a daily dose of 0,5,50 and 500mg/kg b.w.,respectively.Sarafloxacin did not induce any death,clinical signs or adverse effects on the reproductive parameters.Sarafloxacin at all tested dose levels had no effects on the number of living fetuses,dead fetuses and absorbed fetuses.Except the body length of the fetuses in 500mg/kg b.w.group was decreased(P<0 05),the body weight,body and tail length,placenta weight of fetuses in all treatments groups had no significant difference(P>0.05) as compared with those of the control.The enterior,skeleton and organ abnormality of fetuses were not observed at dose levels of 5 or 50mg/kg b.w.,At 500mg/kg b.w. skeleton abnormal fetuses rate was increased (P<0.05),but no dose response relationship was observed.The results of the test above showed no evidence that sarafloxacin had reproductive and teratogenic toxicity.
