摘  要:
色氨酸作为畜禽的必需氨基酸必须由饲粮提供.色氨酸除了作为机体蛋白质的组成部分以外,还是重要的神经递质血清素的合成前体物质,也可合成犬尿氨酸作为中间产物参与复杂的代谢通路,最终以烟酸、二氧化碳、喹啉和黄尿酸的终产物形式呈现.文章主要论述色氨酸在机体内的代谢过程以及相关代谢产物在机体内的功能作用.

摘  要:
Tryptophan(Trp) is the essential amino acids in livestock and poultry nutrition, which would be only provided by the diet. Apart from being a building block of protein synthesis in the body, Trp is also an important precursor for the synthesis of neurotransmitter serotonin. It can also synthesizes kynurenine as an intermediate to participate in complex metabolic pathways, which eventually demonstrate the form of end products of nicotinic acid, carbon dioxide, quinoline and xanthurenic acid. This paper mainly described the metabolism and the function of related metabolites in the body.
