基于Pro/E便携式核桃采摘机的设计

摘  要:
根据新型矮化密植下的核桃树特点,设计了一种便携式核桃采摘机,提出一种新的夹持机构,并对该机主要部件进行了详细设计;运用三维软件Pro/E对零部件进行了三维实体建模及虚拟装配,同时对机构进行了静态和动态干涉检查,结果证明了整机的合理性。

摘  要:
According to the new dwarf density characteristics of the trees,designed a portable walnut harvest machine, put forward a new clamping device,and made a detailed design for the main components; Made 3D modeling for various parts and virtual assembly by using three dimensional software Pro / e,and has carried on the static and dynamic interference check to institutions,results show the rationality of the machine.
