小麦品种不同株高等基因系赤霉病抗性比较

摘  要:
在高体接种的条件下,鉴别对赤霉病高抗、中抗和高感的四个品种的不同株高等基因系的赤霉病(Gibberella zeae(Schw.)Petch.)抗性,比较了株高与抗性的系关。研究表明,品种及其相应的矮秆和高秆等基因家间的抗性差异不显著,表明同一遗传背景下不同株高等基因系问的赤霉病抗性是一致的。小麦品种的植株高度与赤霉病抗性没有直接遗传联系。在本试验中获得了矮秆抗赤霉病等基因系。

摘  要:
Near-isogenic lines different in plant height were developed for 4 wheat cultivars of different resistance to scab [Gibberella zeae ( Schw. ) Petch.] . In vitro spikes of the cultivars and lines were inoculated with scab patho gen by injecting conidial suspension into a middle spikelet of each spike in 1986. The rates of diseased spikelets were 7.5, 6.5 and 6.7% for scab- resistant cultivar Sumai 3, its dwarf and tall isogenic lines, respectively. The corresponding figures were 6.2, 7.8 and 6.3% for the other resistant cultivar Wangshuibai, 21.9, 16.7 and 11.0% for the medium resistant Yangmai 3, and 84.6, 90.1 and 87.1% for the susceptible Shuwan 704. This showed that scab resistance did not differ significantly between the cultivars and their near-isogenic lines, whether dwarf or tall, and there was no genetic correlation between scab resistance and plant height in wheat. The dwarf lines resistant to scab obtanined in this study could be used as basic materials in the breeding of semi-dwarf hybrid wheat.
