蓝狐对不同容重膨化玉米的表观消化率的差异研究

摘  要:
试验旨在通过对比蓝狐对不同容重膨化玉米营养物质的表观消化率,选择最适合蓝狐的膨化玉米膨化度。选取体重相近的健康成年雄性蓝狐30只,随机分成3个处理组,每个处理组10个重复,每个重复1只,蓝狐采用单独笼舍饲养,试验期为20 d,预饲期7 d。研究采用套算法,试验期前10 d饲喂由海杂鱼、鸡骨架等配置的基础饲粮,试验期后10 d分别饲喂添加不同容重膨化玉米(245、287、359 g/l)的待测饲粮,两个阶段均完成3 d消化代谢试验。结果表明:膨化玉米Ⅰ的干物质消化率显著高于膨化玉米Ⅱ和Ⅲ(P<0.05),膨化玉米Ⅱ和Ⅲ无显著差异(P>0.05)。膨化玉米Ⅱ的粗蛋白消化率显著高于膨化玉米Ⅰ和Ⅲ(P<0.05);饲粮添加了膨化玉米之后,蓝狐对Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组饲粮的干物质消化率均无显著影响(P>0.05)。蓝狐对添加了膨化玉米Ⅲ的饲料粗蛋白质消化率显著低于对照组和其他两种容重膨化玉米组(P<0.05),而粗脂肪消化率各组均无显著差异(P>0.05)。因此,在蓝狐饲养中,容重为287 g/l的膨化玉米优于其他两种容重。

摘  要:
This experiment was conducted to compare the apparent digestibility of nutrients with different volume weight extruded corn of blue fox, and then to select the most suitable extruded corn for blue fox feed. Thirty healthy adult male blue foxes with similar weight were randomly divided into three treatment groups. Each treatment group had 10 replicates. Blue foxes were fed in separate cages. The pre-experimental period lasted for 7 days, and the experimental period lasted for 20 days.Foxes were feed the basal diet consisting of mixed sea fish and chicken skeleton in the first 10 days,and then feed the diet supplemented with expanded corn(245 g/l, 287 g/l, 359 g/l) in the second10 days of the experimental period. The digestion and metabolism tests were completed in both stages for 3 days. The results showed that the dry matter digestibility of expanded corn Ⅰ was significantly higher than that of expanded corn Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference between expanded corn Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P>0.05). The crude protein digestibility of expanded corn Ⅱ was significantly higher than that of Ⅰ and Ⅲ(P<0.05), and the dry matter digestibility of blue fox diet was not significantly affected by expanded corn Ⅰand Ⅱ(P>0.05). The crude protein digestibility of the diet supplemented with expanded corn Ⅲ was significantly lower than that of the control group and the other two volume weighr expanded corn(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in crude fat digestibility between each group(P>0.05). Expanded corn with 287 g/l volume weight is better than the other two kinds of corns in blue feed.
