雪峰乌骨鸡蛋氨酸需要量的研究

摘  要:
为给雪峰乌骨鸡的营养研究提供依据,对500羽1日龄的雪峰乌骨鸡的饲粮蛋氨酸需要量进行了研究.在满足其他营养素的条件下, 在基础日粮(玉米—豆粕型)中分别添加合成蛋氨酸0(对照),0.06%,0.12%,0.18%,0.24%,配成5组饲粮,分别饲养5组试鸡.测定生长性能指标和血清尿素氮、蛋氨酸、天冬氨酸、谷氨酸含量.结果表明,饲粮蛋氨酸水平对雪峰乌骨鸡累计生长、相对生长率、日增重、饲料效率有显著影响;对血清尿素氮含量以及血清蛋氨酸、天冬氨酸、谷氨酸含量有显著影响.因此在代谢能为12.32 MJ/kg 、粗蛋白质为21.00%的营养水平下,建议雪峰乌骨鸡0~4周龄蛋氨酸需要量为0.48%;在代谢能为11.92 MJ/kg,粗蛋白质为19.40%的营养水平下,5~8周龄蛋氨酸需要量为0.42%.

摘  要:
For local chickens especially Xuefeng black-bone chickens nutritional research pad blank,a total of 500 Xuefeng black-bone chickens(1 day-old)are used to investigate the methionine requirement. Meeting the other nutrients requirement other than methionine, the diets (meal-corn) supplemented with different level of methionine (0, 0.06%,0.12%,0.18%,0.24%) are assigned to feed the treetment birds. Mensurate performance traits,serum urea nitrogen,serum methionine,serum aspartic acid and serum glutamic acid are tested,which shows the diets supplemented with diffetent level of methionine have significant effect on accumulative growth,relative growth ratio,daily gain feed efficiency,serum urea nitrogen,serum methionine,serum aspartic acid and serum glutamic acid as well.Under ME: 12.32 MJ/kg and CP: 21.00%,it is suggested that optimum methionine level in Xuefeng black-bone chickens is 0.48% for 0~4 weeks birds. Under ME: 11.92 MJ/kg and CP: 19.40%,it is suggested that optimum methionine level in Xuefeng black-bone chickens is 0.42% for 5~8 weeks birds.
