摘 要:
以大粒车前子多糖(PLCP)为配体与四价铈(Ce4+)结合,形成水溶性的大粒车前子多糖铈配合物(Ce-PLCP),并就该配合物及其配体对磷酯键的水解作用进行比较研究。结果表明:Ce-PLCP对对硝基苯磷酸二钠的表观水解速率常数达1.03×10-2min-1,而PLCP的表观水解速率常数仅为4.27×10-4min-1;Ce-PLCP对某些有机磷农药也有较好的水解效果,在48h内对乐果、氧化乐果、毒死蜱及敌敌畏的水解率分别为74.97%、69.57%、46.11%及44.17%,而PLCP对有机磷农药的水解效果都不及Ce-PLCP。

摘 要:
The Ce-PLCP complex of Plantago asiatica L. crude polysaccharide (PLCP) and cerium was prepared and characterized by means of UV-vis and fluorescence spectroscopy. The hydrolysis of phosphoester bond by PLCP and the Ce-PLCP complex was compared. The apparent rate constants of phosphoester bond hydrolysis were calculated to be 1.03 × 10-2 and 4.27 × 10-4 min-1, respectively. The complex could degrade four kinds of organophosphorus pesticides such as dimethoate, folimat, chloryrifos, and dichlorvos to different degrees and their degradation percentages were 74.97%, 69.57%, 46.11%, and 44.17%, respectively, while PLCP had lower degradation efficiency.
