我国梨树腐烂病菌致病力分化分析

摘  要:
【目的】研究明确我国梨树腐烂病菌致病力的分化状况。【方法】梨离体枝条经打孔法造成伤口后接种梨树腐烂病菌,通过接种在5个梨系统(白梨、沙梨、秋子梨、西洋梨和新疆梨)不同品种上观测和比较不同来源菌株的致病力差异,并根据各菌株的综合致病力强弱划分为不同类型,分析致病力分化与菌株来源间的相关性。【结果】研究发现来源于我国14省市5个梨系统的91份梨树腐烂病菌株在不同梨品种上的致病力均存在显著性差异,但同一菌株在5个梨品种上的症状反应程度有异。根据各供试菌株在不同梨品种上的综合致病力强弱可将其划分为3个类型,其中强致病力菌株16份,占17.6%;中致病力菌株70份,占76.9%;弱致病力菌株5份,占5.5%。来源于不同地区和梨系统的菌株之间其致病类型的分布比例存在明显的差异,这种差异可能与其梨系统的抗病性相关。【结论】来源于我国不同地区和梨系统的梨树腐烂病菌存在明显的致病力分化,其综合致病力可划分为强、中、弱3个致病类型,以中等致病力菌株为优势群体。

摘  要:
【Objective】The pathogenicity differentiation of the pathogens of pear canker in China was carried out in this study.【Method】By holing,the pathogens of pear Valsa canker were inoculated on different pear excised branches,including Pyrus bretschneideri,P.pyrifolia,P.ussuriensis,P.communis and P.sinkiangensis.The pathogenicity differences of the strains from different sources were observed and compared.The tested strains were divided into different types according to their comprehensive pathogenicity and the relationship between the pathogenicity differentiation of the strains and their sources was analyzed.【Result】The results showed that there were significant differences in pathogenicity of the strains of pear Valsa canker from five pear systems of fourteen provinces in China.The severities of symptom reactions of the same strain on five pear cultivars were different as well.According to the strength of comprehensive pathogenicity of 91 tested strains on 5 pear systems,the strains could be divided into three types including 16 strains with strong pathogenicity(17.6%),70 strains with middle pathogenicity(76.9%) and 5 strains with weak pathogenicity(5.5%).There were significant differences in the proportions of the pathogenic types of the strains from different areas and hosts.This difference was related to disease resistance of pear variety.【Conclusion】Chinese pear Valsa canker pathogens from different areas and pear systems existed obvious pathogenicity differentiation and the strength of comprehensive pathogenicity of the strains could be divided into strong,middle and weak types.The strains with middle pathogenicity were the dominant group.
