贵州野生刺葡萄和腺枝葡萄种子萌发生理特性的研究

摘  要:
以贵州野生腺枝葡萄和刺葡萄种子为试材,以栽培品种水晶葡萄种子为对照,对种子萌发过程中的吸水量、细胞膜透性、粗脂肪含量和淀粉含量等指标变化进行了研究。结果表明:葡萄种子在萌发过程中吸水量变化呈"快-慢-快"趋势,相对电导率、粗脂肪含量和淀粉含量逐渐下降;相关性分析表明,各生理指标协同变化程度高,说明在种子萌发过程中4项指标存在着内在关联。

摘  要:
The seeds of Vitis davidii and Vitis adenoclada were taken as materials and the seeds of cultivar crystal were used as control.The changes of four physiological indexes including water absorption,relative conductivity,crude fat content and starch content were studied during the seeds germination.The results showed that the trend of water absorption was fast-slow-fast during seeds germinating,the relative conductivity,the crude fat content and the starch content were all decreased during seed germination period.The relative analysis indicated that the four physiological indexes changed cooperatively and so we can infer that there were internal relations among these four indexes.
