铜胁迫对费菜生理特性的影响

摘  要:
采用水培的方法,研究不同浓度的Cu2+(801、602、403、204、00μmol/L)在不同时期对费菜生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:SOD的活性随胁迫时间的延长虽有一定程度的波折,但整体呈下降趋势;低浓度Cu2+(Cu2+<240μmol/L)处理下,CAT的活性随处理时间延长呈升高趋势,高浓度Cu2+(Cu2+≥240μmol/L)处理下,CAT酶的活性持续下降;Cu2+浓度为160μmol/L时,SOD和CAT的活性最低,3个时期SOD、CAT酶的活性之间均达到极显著差异;电导率大小随Cu2+浓度的增加而大体升高;随Cu2+浓度增加MDA含量有一定程度的波折,但MDA含量均高于对照;可溶性糖和脯氨酸的含量随Cu2+浓度增加总体呈增加趋势。

摘  要:
In water culture experiment,the effects of heavy metal Cu2+at different concentration and different periods Cu2+(80,160,240,320,400 μmol/L)on the physiological and biochemical characteristics of Sedum aizoon L.were studied.The study with water culture showed that the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)was on the downside generally,in spite of twisting and turning to a certain extent.When treated with low concentration Cu2+(Cu2+<240 μmol/L),the activity of catalase(CAT)tended to increase,but decrease sustainably with high Cu2+ concentration(Cu2+≥240 μmol/L).The activities of SOD,CAT got to their minimum values on the 160 μmol/L concentration.The activities of SOD,CAT among those three periods come up to remarkable difference.Relative electric conductivity increase generally with the increasing of Cu2+concentration.The content of MDA twists and turns to a certain extent,but all higher than the comparison level.Content of soluble sugar and proline increase generally with the increasing of the Cu2+concentration.
