汞暴露对草鱼脾和肾脏器系数的影响

摘  要：
研究了暴露在不同汞离子浓度下的草鱼脾和肾的脏器系数变化。结果显示,脾脏器系数表现为暴露1 d时,0.7 mg/L处理组极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),暴露5 d时,0.5 mg/L处理组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),0.7 mg/L处理组极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);暴露12 d和21 d时,0.5 mg/L和0.7 mg/L处理组均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。肾脏器系数表现为暴露1 d和5 d时,各处理组脏器系数均无显著变化(P>0.05);暴露12 d和21 d时,0.7 mg/L处理组极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。汞离子污染对草鱼脾和肾有毒害作用,脾对汞离子污染较肾更为敏感。

摘  要：
The dynamic changes of organ coefficient of spleen and kidney in grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idellus) exposed to different Hg2+ concentration were studied.Grass carps were randomly divided into five groups including control group(0 mg/L) and four different Hg2+ concentration groups(0.1,0.3,0.5 and 0.7 mg/L);and each was in replication.Organ coefficient of spleen and kidney was measured on the 1st,5th,12th and 21st day.The results were as follows: for the organ coefficient of spleen,it sharply reduced(P<0.01) in the dose group of 0.7 mg/L on day 1;and increased obviously(P<0.01) on day 12 and 21 in the dose groups of 0.5 mg/L and 0.7 mg/L.When referred to the organ coefficient of kidney,no obvious change appeared on day 1 and 5;but it increased significantly(P<0.01) in the dose group of 0.7 mg/L on day 12 and 21.In summary,spleen and kidney in grass carp were damaged by Hg2+,and spleen was more sensitive than kidney to Hg2+ exposure.
