粘土加入量对SiC-Al_2O_3基过滤器性能的影响

摘  要:
采用有机泡沫浸渍工艺制备SiC-Al2O3基泡沫陶瓷过滤器并进行了性能研究。试验表明,SiC-Al2O3基陶瓷过滤器的容重随着粘土加入量的增多逐渐增大;陶瓷过滤器的常温抗压强度和抗热震性均先增加然后减小。在本次试验条件下,当粘土加入量为3.33%时性能最好,此时,其常温抗压强度为0.91 MPa,样品加热至1 100℃,放入20℃水中急冷的热震稳定性次数为45次。

摘  要:
In this paper,SiC-Al2O3 foam ceramics is manufactured by replicating organic foams,and the properties of ceramic foam are studied in detail.The results show that the bulk density of SiC-Al2O3-ceramic filter gradually increases with the addition of clay;the cold compression strength as well as the thermal shock resistance of the ceramic filter increase at first and then decrease.And under the specific conditions of this experiment,3.33% of the clay quantity is the best choice,the cold compression strength arrives at 0.91 MPa,the thermal shock resistance raises at 45 times after the sample is heated into 1 100 ℃ and put into the water of 20 ℃ instantly.
