摘  要:
为给益生菌的制备提供良好的株菌来源,自健康成年鸡肠道内分离鉴定得到9株(S1、S2、K1、K2、K3、H1、H2、M1、M2)乳酸菌,从生长速度、耐酸、耐胆盐、耐鸡胆汁、抑菌能力、安全性等方面对株菌进行初步筛选。结果表明:S1、S2、K3和M14株菌接种后8 h快速生长,进入对数生长期,接种22 h后进入细菌生长稳定期。耐酸试验表明S1、S2、K3和M1表现为较强的耐酸能力,其中M1耐酸能力最强,在p H为2.0、3.0、4.0的培养基中存活率分别为76.8%、79.2%、91.5%。耐胆盐试验表明S1、S2、K3和M1 4株在0.1%、0.2%、0.3%浓度的胆盐培养基中的存活率分别为93.5%、89.6%、86.3%;96.1%、90.3%、86.7%;94.8%、88.7%、85.6%;95.2%、91.1%、85.3%。在0.1%、0.2%、0.3%浓度的胆汁培养基中S1、S2、K3和M1的存活率分别为93.8%、90.5%、87.1%;95.9%、90.8%、86.8%;95.6%、88.7%、85.8%;94.8%、91.7%、86.2%。S2和M1对大肠杆菌的抑菌圈直径为16.23和18.25mm,表现为高度敏感;S1和K3对大肠杆菌的抑菌圈直径为11.68和12.58mm,表现为中度敏感。

摘  要:
For the preparation of probiotic strains from good, healthy adult intestinal tract in isolation and identification of 9 strains(S1, S2, K1, K2, K3, H1, H2, M1, M2) of lactic acid bacteria from the preliminary screening of strain growth, acid resistance, salt tolerance, chicken bile and bile the inhibition ability and safety etc.. The results showed that S1, S2, K3 and M14 strains grew rapidly at 8 h after inoculation, and entered the logarithmic growth phase. After inoculation for 22 h, they were in stable stage of bacterial growth. Acid test showed that S1, S2, K3 and M1 showed strong acid resistance, and M1 acid resistant ability was the strongest, and the survival rate was 76.8%, 79.2%, and in the medium of p H of 2, 3, respectively. Bile salt tolerance test showed that S1, S2, K3 and M1 4 strains in 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3% bile salt concentration of culture medium survival rate were 93.5%, 89.6%, 86.3%; 96.1%, 90.3%, 86.7%; 94.8%, 88.7%, 85.6%; 95.2%, 91.1%, 85.3%. The survival rates of S1, S2, K3 and M1 were 93.8%, 90.5%, and 87.1%, respectively, at the concentration of bile concentrations of 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.3%, respectively, and those of,,, and so on, respectively, 95.9%, 90.8%, 86.8%, 95.6%, 94.8%, respectively. S2 and M1 were highly sensitive to the inhibitory circle diameter of Escherichia coli 16.23 mm and 18.25 mm, and S1 and K3 were moderately sensitive to the inhibitory circle diameter of 11.68 mm and 12.58 mm, respectively.
