摘 要:
评估藿芪灌注液对奶牛的安全性及安全剂量范围。选择临床健康的奶牛20头,随机分为4组:Ⅰ组为推荐剂量组,每头50 mL;Ⅱ组为推荐剂量3倍组,每头150 mL;Ⅲ组为推荐剂量5倍组,每头250 m L;Ⅳ组为对照组,子宫灌注生理盐水,每头100 mL。Ⅰ~Ⅲ组子宫灌注给药,隔日1次,连续4次。每天观察受试奶牛并记录每头奶牛的精神状态、饮食欲、粪便和尿液性状和色泽。给药前1 d、给药后第4天、最后一次给药后和停药后第3天,记录牛奶产量。给药前和给药后第1天,测量奶牛体温、呼吸和心率。最后一次给药后第2天,测定奶牛血液生理生化指标。结果表明,在试验期间,所有受试奶牛均未出现异常临床体征,与对照组相比,受试奶牛的产奶量、血液学生理生化指标、体温、呼吸和心率无显著差异(P>0.05)。提示藿芪灌注液在临床推荐剂量的5倍范围内给奶牛子宫灌注,隔日1次,连续给药4次,未发现药物相关的不良反应。

摘 要:
The purpose of this trial was to evaluate the safety and dosage range of Huoqi perfusion in target animal cows,and provided a basis for the drug regimen in clinical trials. Twenty healthy lactating dairy cows were randomly divided into 4 groups randomly:the recommended dosage(50 mL each cow),three times of recommended dosage(100 m L each cow)group,five times of recommended dosage(250 mL each cow)and the negative control. Each group was treated once daily for once every other day and continuously for 4 times,respectively. During the experiment,clinical signs was observe every day,and the mental attitude,dietary,fecal and urine characteristics,and milk yield were recorded on the day before the treatment,the fourth day after treatment,the last time after treatment,and the third day after the withdrawal. The rectal temperature,respiration and heart rate were measured before treatment and the day after the last treatment. The hematology and biochemistry indexes of blood were determined on the day after the last treatment. The results showed that during the test,all the tested cows showed no abnormal clinical signs. Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in milk production,hematology,biochemical indicators,rectal temperature,respiration,and heart rate of the tested cows(P>0.05). The results showed that after Huoqi perfusion was administered into the uterus of cows with 5 times of the clinically recommended dose,once every other day and continuously for 4 times,no drug-related adverse reactions were found.
