武隆猪腰枣遗传多样性的AFLP分析

摘  要:
利用AFLP分子标记对武隆猪腰枣110个单株进行遗传多样性研究.利用13对AFLP引物共扩增出444条谱带,其中多态性谱带128条,多态性条带百分率为28.83%;平均有效等位基因数为1.1246,Nei’基因多样性指数为0.020 1~0.190 1;Shannon多态性信息指数的变异范围为0.032 7~0.280 5.利用UPGMA聚类可将供试110个单株分为5组.其中,第一组可分为3个亚组,包含39个材料;第二组分为两个亚组,包含39个单株,第三组也分为两个亚组,包含30个单株,第四、五组各1个材料,编号分别为0115,0354.

摘  要:
The genetic diversity of 110 plants of Ziziphus jujuba Mill.cv.Wulongzhuyao Zao were analyzed by AFLP markers.A total of 444 fragments were generated from 13 pairs of selective AFLP primer combinations,of which 128 were polymorphic.The percentage of polymorphic bands(PPB)was 28.83%;the effective number of alleles was 1.124 6,Nei's gene diversity index ranged from 0.020 1to 0.190 1,and Shannon information index ranged from 0.032 7to 0.280 5.The UPGMA result showed that the 110 sample plants were clustered into 5main groups.There were 39 single plants in the first group,which was divided into 3subgroups.The second consisted of 39 individual plants and was divided into 2subgroups.The third group was composed of 30 individual plants and was divided into 3subgroups.The fourth and the fifth groups had only one sample plant each,their code No being‘0115'and‘0354',respectively.The results of the present study indicated that Z.jujuba Mill.cv.Wulongzhuyao Zao populations has a low level of genetic diversity and that its genetic basis is narrow.
