食用菌电商行业信任提升对策研究——基于消费者信任视角

摘  要:
以我国食用菌电商生鲜企业为研究对象,以消费者信任为研究视角,运用结构方程模型进行实证分析。电商平台、三方监管和法律法规均会对消费者信任产生重要影响。具体为,问询机制、反馈机制和服务机制有利于提升消费者对电子商务平台的信任感,提高消费者的购买意愿。追溯机制和安全认证则从三方监管的角度提升了消费者的信任感,法律法规则在法律层面保障了消费者的权益,对消费者信任感的提升较为明显。

摘  要:
In this paper, the fresh enterprises of edible fungi e-commerce in China are taken as the research object, from the perspective of consumer trust, and the structural equation model is used for empirical analysis, and the following research conclusions are obtained. E-commerce platforms, tripartite supervision, laws and regulations will all have an important impact on consumer trust. Specifically, the inquiry mechanism, feedback mechanism and service mechanism are conducive to enhancing consumers' trust in e-commerce platforms and enhancing consumers' purchase intention. Laws and regulations protect the rights and interests of consumers at the legal level, and the improvement of consumer trust is relatively obvious.
