摘  要:
以沙培1年生霞多丽自根苗为试材,探讨葡萄园施用除草剂乙羧氟草醚使葡萄上部叶片变黑与镁元素的存在形态及其在各个细胞器中分布的关系。结果表明,高浓度乙羧氟草醚(有效成分187.5 g/hm2)处理的变黑叶片中水提取态镁显著增加,比对照和低剂量的分别提高8.12%和10.49%;沉淀型提取态的镁(主要是盐酸提取态的镁)显著降低,说明叶片的变黑与沉淀型镁含量无关;高浓度乙羧氟草醚处理的上部叶片中镁元素在细胞壁、叶绿体和细胞内可溶性固形物中增加显著,分别比对照提高了20.60%、15.02%和6.02%,说明乙羧氟草醚为害改变了镁元素在叶片中的存在形态和在亚细胞中的定位。

摘  要:
One-year-old self-rooted Chardonnay grown in sand potting were conducted by herbicide fluoroglycofen to discuss the internal relation between upper-node grape leaves turning black damaged, the Mg2+ morphological distribution and its subcellular localization. The results showed that watersoluble magnesium in the upper black leaves treated by the high concentration fl uoroglycofen(active ingredient 187.5 g/hm2)increased signifi cantly,increased by 8.12% and 10.49% than CK and low dose respectively, and the precipitation type Mg2+(mainly HCl-soluble magnesium) decreased signifi cantly. It showed that upper-node grape leaves turning black were not affected by the content of precipitation type Mg2+. In upper leaves treated by high concentration of fluoroglycofen the content of Mg2+ in the cell wall, chloroplast and intracellular soluble solids increased significantly, increased by 20.60%、15.02% and 6.02% than CK respectively. This showed that fl uoroglycofen could change the morphological distribution and subcellular localization of magnesium in grape leaves.
