以护士为主体的精细化管理对神经内科医院感染防治效果和患者满意度的影响

摘  要：
目的探讨以护士为主体的精细化管理对神经内科医院感染防治效果、护理满意度的影响,分析以护士为主体的精细化管理的价值。方法选取2015-01—2015-12月间神经内科接诊的224例神经内科疾病患者为对照组(常规管理方式),选取2016-01—2016-12月间接诊的236例神经内科疾病患者为精细化组(以护士为主体的精细化管理),对比组间医院感染防治效果、患者满意度评价以及年终护理质量考核结果的差异。结果精细化组医院感染率(9.75%)明显低于对照组(20.09%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.003);精细化组护理满意度(93.22%)明显高于对照组(86.16%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);精细化组护理操作评分、危重症护理评分、护理风险管理评分、并发症防治评分、护理记录书写评分、护患关系处理评分、护理考核总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以护士为主体的精细化管理能够有效降低神经内科医院感染发生风险,提升护理满意度和护理质量。

摘  要：
Objective To observe the influence of refined management based on nurses as the main subjects on the prevention and treatment of nosocomial infection and the satisfaction of nursing,and to analyze the value of refined management.Methods 224 patients with neurological diseases were selected as the control group(conventional management)from January 2015 to December 2015,and 236 cases with neurological diseases from January to December in 2016 were selected as the refined group(refined management based on nurses as the main subjects).The differences between the groups in the hospital infection control efficacy,patient satisfaction and year-end evaluation of the quality of care assessment results were compared.Results The hospital infection rate of the refined group was significantly lower than that of the control group(9.75% vs 20.09%)with the significant difference(P=0.003);the nursing satisfaction rate of the refined group was higher than that of the control group(93.22% vs 86.16%)with the significant difference(P=0.001);the scores of nursing care,critical care,nursing risk management,complication prevention,nursing record writing,nurse-patient relationship treatment,and nursing assessment in the refined group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The refined management based on nurses as the main subjects can effectively reduce the risk of neurological hospital infection and improve nursing satisfaction and quality.
