文章以山西省在生态脱贫进程中,立足资源优势和产业前景,在全省范围内启动沙棘工业原料林基地建设,实施退化沙棘林改造和经营管理为基础,对山西省沙棘资源状况、沙棘改造技术、经营管理技术等几个方面进行探讨,以其为退化沙林改造提供借鉴,为林业生态扶贫找到新途径。

摘  要：
In the process of ecological poverty alleviation in Shanxi Province, based on the advantage of resources and industry prospects, the base construction of seabuckthorn industrial raw material forest was started in the whole province. The paper discussed the status of seabuckthorn resources in Shanxi Province, its transformation and management technology in order to find new ways of poverty alleviation by forestry ecology.
