人民政协与公民有序政治参与综述——基于中国知网(CNKI)现有成果的研究

摘要：

公民有序政治参与是在合理的条件下通过制度化和法制化的方式进行的政治参与,是现代政治文明发展的重要成果。人民政协是当前我国公民有序政治参与的重要平台,在本质上与公民有序政治参与具有内在一致性,为公民有序政治参与提供了制度保障、思想保障和渠道保障。积极发挥人民政协的监督功能、加强自身建设、优化界别设置、利用网络平台创新,在公民有序政治参与中利用自身独特优势,对新时期全面深化政治体制改革具有重要意义。

摘要：

Citizen's orderly political participation is a kind of rational,institutional and jural involvement. It is the outcome of the developed modern democratic politics. Chinese People's Political Consultative Conferences(CPPCC), which identify with citizen's orderly political participation internally, are crucial platforms for citizen's participation. CPPCC build system security,thoughts security and channels security for citizen's orderly political participation. There are significant meaning for exerting positive effects of the CPPCC, which involve the supervisory function,reinforcing the management,optimizing the sectors set and innovating the utilization of the network platform, to enlarge the citizen's orderly political participation.
