串联液质联用法测定三氯异氰尿酸在苹果和土壤中残留

摘  要:
建立了苹果和土壤中三氯异氰尿酸残留的检测方法。用乙腈和氨水提取样品,高速离心净化后采用串联液质联用、负离子模式下测定三聚氰酸的残留量,根据转化率折算三氯异氰尿酸的残留。结果表明,三氯异氰尿酸转化率和理论转化率接近,添加量为0.2~0.8 mg/kg时,苹果和土壤中的回收率为70.8%~84.1%,相对标准偏差为2.7%~11.1%,满足三氯异氰尿酸残留量的检测要求。

摘  要:
A method for the determination of trichloroisocyanuric acid(TCCA) residue in apple and soil was developed by HPLC-MS/MS. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile and ammonium hydroxide, cleaned up with high-speed centrifugation. Cyanuric acid residue was quantitated by HPLC-MS/MS in negative ion mode. TCCA residue amount was calculated according to conversion rate. Study showed that actual conversion rate of TCCA was approximation to theoretical data. When the addition levels were in the range of 0.2-0.8 mg/kg, the average recoveries ranged from 70.8% to 84.1% and the relative standard deviations were from 2.7% to 11.1%. This analytical method could meet the requirement for TCCA residue analysis.
