2012/13年度中国棉花市场回顾及2013/14年度展望

摘要：

2012/13年度,中国棉花市场总体平淡。棉花价格运行平稳,播种面积缩减6.8%,预计产量环比减1.4%,棉花进口趋势放缓,纺织品服装出口略有恢复,临时收储政策造成库存畸高。展望2013/14年度,棉花价格可能呈现先涨后跌走势,预计棉花产量下降,库存继续增加。调控政策的调整将是2013/14年度最大的不确定因素。

摘要：

In 2012/13,domestic cotton market ran smoothly. Cotton price had small changes,while planting area reduced by 6. 8%,the expected production contracted by 1. 4%,cotton importation hastened delay,textiles and clothing exportation had a small raise,temporary purchase and storage policy made cotton store reach a unusual high level. Looking forward to 2013/14,cotton price will probably rise first then go down,production will decrease,and store will continue increasing. Control policies adjusting will be the most uncertain factor in 2013/14 marketing year.
