石浦港纳潮量对三门湾围填海的累积响应

摘  要:
长期以来三门湾进行了大量围填海工程,其累积影响与单个工程影响的简单叠加有显著区别。本文立足区域规划,采用幕景分析法,基于Delft3D二维模型研究石浦港潮流流速、瞬时流量对三门湾围填海工程的阶段性累积响应,并在此基础上分析石浦港纳潮量的累积响应。结果显示,随着围填海面积的累加,石浦港大部分水域全潮平均流速降低,其变幅分布与距围填海工程远近未显示出明显的相关关系,主水道横断面瞬时流量峰值降低,涨、落急时刻流量不等现象削弱;石浦港平均纳潮量2004-2009年增加3.16%,2009-2020年增加0.23%,三门湾总纳潮量2004-2009年减少0.46%,2009-2020年减少5.72%,三门湾湾口流量分配优势减弱;围填海区位不同,石浦港纳潮量响应有一定差别。

摘  要:
During the past decades many reclamation projects has been implemented in Sanmen Bay,resulting in the cumulative impact significantly differents from a simple superposition of the impact of such projects.Standing on regional planning,scenarios analysis is applicated,and a 2D hydrodynamic model is established with Delft3D and well validated,based on this the cumulative response of tidal current velocity and momentary flow in Shipu Channel to reclamation projects in Sanmen Bay is calculated,then the response of tidal prism of Shipu Channel in two long periods was researched.The result shows that cumulative response considerations should be required in environmental impact assessment.Here set three scenarios with two periods between them,in the second period more reclamation projects were implemented than in the first one.With more reclamation projects implemented,tidal-averaged current velocity at most area in Shipu Channel increasingly reduced,whose variation amplitude distribution showed little remarkable Correlativity with the distance from the projects.The maximum flow through cross-section of main channel of Shipu Channel reduced,and the ebb current flow rate reduced more quickly than the flood current flow rate,making the flood-ebb flow rate asymmetry weakened.From2004 to 2009,the average tidal prism of Shipu Channel increased by 3.16%,while of Sanmen Bay reduced by 0.46%;from 2009 to 2020,the averaged tidal prism of Shipu Channel increased by 0.23%,while of Sanmen Bay reduced by 5.72%.The most important passage of Sanmen Bay is its mouth,then second the Shipu Channel which share approximately 6%of total tidal prism of Sanmen Bay.Such ratio increased as reclamation scale increase,and its variation range was affected by the location of reclamation projects by locative relations between different projects,interactions between reclamation projects and the environmental condition around them,and so on.
