一种土壤水资源分析与评价方法

摘  要:
从水分循环和土壤水特性角度 ,分析了以农业利用和生态环境为核心的土壤水资源的内涵和相关概念 ,提出了山区和平原区的土壤水资源计算方法 ,并以河北平原为例 ,进行了土壤水资源计算与分析。结果表明 :土壤水资源占降雨量的73 6 8% ,平均每公顷土壤水资源量为 396 0 2m3 。土壤水资源利用潜力巨大 ,高效利用土壤水资源是一项重大的战略性措施

摘  要:
The conception of soil water resource was analyzed and established from water cycle and soil water characteristics, which was based on the eco-environment and agricultural utilization. With Hebei plain as an example, soil water resource was calculated. The results showed that soil water resource covers 73.68% of whole rainfall, equals 3960.2m~3 per hectare. It is a strategic and significant (measure) to make full use of soil water resource in dry or semidry area.
