新疆葡萄枝条的饲用价值研究

摘  要:
新疆是我国重要的葡萄种植地区,目前修剪下来的葡萄枝条被随意废弃,造成资源浪费的同时产生环境问题。本研究以修剪下来的葡萄枝条为原料,对其营养成分进行分析,同时利用颗粒技术加工葡萄枝条,并结合体外发酵试验评定其产气特性,从而探讨葡萄枝条颗粒饲料产品的营养特性以及适宜的添加比例。结果表明:随着葡萄枝条直径的增大,粗蛋白(CP)含量呈下降趋势,而酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和木质素(ADL)都呈现增大的趋势;随着玉米粉添加比例的增加,葡萄枝条颗粒饲料的容重、千粒重和CP含量都逐渐增加,NDF和ADF则相反;玉米粉添加比例的增加,有利于体外产气量和体外消化率的增加。

摘  要:
Xinjiang is an important grape plant areas in China. At present, the trimme d grape branches are discard,which is not only a waste of resources, but also produce environmental problems. This experiment used trimmed grape branches as raw material, analyzed its nutritional content, process the grape branches with particle technology and in combination with the in vitro fermentation test to evaluate the characteristics of the gas production, to discuss the nutritional characteristics of the grape branches grain feed products and the appropriate proportion of the added. The results showed that: with the increase of the diameter of grape branches, CP content showed a downward trend, while ADF, NDF and ADL all showed an increasing trend;with the increase of the proportion of corn flour, the bulk density,1000 grain weight and CP content of grape branches increased gradually;the increase of the proportion of corn flour wasconducive to the increase of in vitro gas production and in vitro digestibility.
