以水产食品学教学中的一些实验为研究对象,阐述了CAI课件与实验相结合的重要性,以及对水产食品学教学效果的影响,并对CAI系统中所采用的主要技术作简单的介绍。同时对CAI课件辅助教学的未来发展方向作了简单概括。
