盾构模拟试验平台监控系统

摘  要:
针对现有盾构模拟试验中存在的问题,采用工业通用组态软件组态王设计了盾构模拟试验平台监控系统,详细分析了监控系统软硬件的结构特点。对监控系统人机界面进行了开发设计,阐述了其设计思想。试验结果表明该监控系统操作性好,系统安全性和可靠性高,已成功应用于盾构模拟掘进试验。

摘  要:
Aiming at the questions existed in the simulating test of shield tunnelling machine, a condition monitoring system of simulator test rig for shield tunnelling machine was designed using common configuration software “Kingview”, and the structure characteristics of hardware and software were also analyzed. The human machine interface of condition monitoring system was developed and designed, and the design idea was also expounded in detail. The experimental results show that the designed condition monitoring system has good operation performance and high security, which has been applied in the simulator tunnelling successfully.
