摘  要:
蓖麻饼粕作为蓖麻籽榨油后的副产物,不仅含有丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸及矿物质元素,还含有蓖麻毒蛋白、蓖麻碱等毒性成分,是一种良好的食用、药用资源。对蓖麻饼粕成分的开发利用现状及前景进行了简述,以期合理开发利用这一资源,推动蓖麻产业的发展。

摘  要:
Castor bean meal,as the by-products after extracting oil,is good food or drug resources,for its nutritional components including rich protein,amino acids,mineral and toxic ingredients such as ricin and ricinine. Development situation and prospects of effective ingredients in castor bean meal was introduced briefly,so as to develop and utilize this resource properly,promote development of castor industry.
