微生物修复及油污土壤改良研究

摘  要:
微生物的种类和菌群对土壤中石油降解具有重要影响,与传统修复方法相比,微生物具有成本低、繁殖快、污染物完全氧化等特点,通过改变微生物在油污土壤的表面活化剂和外界条件,同时接种高效的降解菌株,以此来提高菌种在土壤中石油的降解速率。通过设定每组混合菌剂不同的初始条件,研究不同条件对混合菌剂降解率的影响,结果表明,当微生物培养的最适宜温度35℃、p H 8.0、培养时间7 d时,混合菌剂对油污土壤的降解率最高达88.63%,混合培养菌的石油降解效果明显优于单株培养菌,有效改善了土壤中石油降解效果,较大提高了菌种在土壤中石油的降解速率,为油污土壤修复改良提供科学依据。

摘  要:
Microbial species and flora have important effects on the degradation of petroleum in soil. Compared with traditional physical and chemical repair methods,microorganisms have the characteristics of low cost,rapid reproduction,and complete oxidation of pollutants. Therefore,microorganisms are used to improve contaminated petroleum soil by changing the external temperature,humidity,salinity,oxygen content of microorganisms in oily soils. The surfactant is inoculated with high-efficiency degrading strains and strengthens the microbial remediation ability to increase the degradation rate of the oil in the soil.The mechanism of microbial remediation of oil contaminated soil is introduced and the influencing factors are analyzed. By setting different initial conditions of each group of mixed bacteria,the degradation rate of microorganisms on oily soil was recorded. The results showed that when the optimum temperature for microbial culture was 35 ℃,p H was 8.0,and culture time was 7 days,the degradation rate of mixed bacteria to the oily soil reached 88.63%.The oil degradation effect of the mixed culture bacteria was significantly higher than that of the single culture,which significantly improves the oil degradation effect in the soil.which greatly improved the degradation rate of the oil in the soil,and provided a scientific basis for the improvement of oily soil.
