奶牛全混合日粮混合机卸料机构的研制

摘  要:
为了解决奶牛全混合日粮混合机存在的卸料困难的问题,研制了一种适用于中小型卧式全混合日粮混合机的卸料机构。该卸料机构采用混合室下部开卸料口,通过物料自身重力下落,卸料时间短、残留率低;其结构中的弧形导板使卸料过程平稳、弹性连接杆使卸料门关闭时密封性好并能抵消震动的影响。结果表明,当卸料时间为3 min时,卸料残留率可达到0.5%左右,小于相关行业标准应小于1%的残留率指标。

摘  要:
In order to solve the problem of unloading difficulties which existed in the cows total mixed ration(TMR) mixer,a new discharging mechanism for small and medium-sized horizontal total mixed ration mixer was designed.The discharging mechanism utilized open discharging exited under the mixing chamber.The materials fell off by gravity,so the short discharging time and the low discharging residual rate were obtained;the arc-shaped guide plate made unloading process smooth, and the elastic connecting rod had the characteristics of elimination shocks.According to the experiment results of the sample machines,the mechanism was reasonable,and when the unloading time was 3 minutes,the discharge residual rate could reach 0.5%.This result was lower than that of the related industry standard that residual rate index should be less than 1%.
