一株产碱茵联合蜈蚣草对Pb污染土壤的生物修复

摘  要:
在种植蜈蚣草(Pteris vittata)的盆栽土壤中,接种一株耐铅产碱菌(Alcaligeites sp.),研究其对蜈蚣草吸收Pb的影响.结果表明,随着Pb浓度提高,接种组和对照组蜈蚣草土上部及土下部的Pb含量均增加,且接种组Pb含量均高于对照组,在Pb浓度为600mg·kg^-1时,接种组蜈蚣草土上部分对Pb的吸收较对照组提高93.4%;接种组和对照组的叶绿素含量均呈现先升高后下降趋势,且接种组蜈蚣草叶绿素含量高于对照组;接种组和对照组的土壤过氧化氢酶、磷酸酶及转化酶活性呈现先升高再降低趋势,土壤脲酶都呈现缓慢上升趋势,但在Pb胁迫量增加的条件下,接种组4种酶活性变化幅度均小于对照组.耐铅产碱菌能够促进蜈蚣草对土壤重金属Pb的吸收,降低Pb对蜈蚣草叶绿体及土壤酶活性的影响.

摘  要:
A strain of Pb tolerant bacterium, Alcaligenes sp., was inoculated to the pots cultivated Pteris vittata and investigated its effect on the lead absorption by Pteris vittata in lead contaminated soil. The results showed that as the Pb concentration increased, the content of lead in plants cultivated in inoculated and non-inoculated groups increased accordingly, but the Pb content of inoculated groups was higher than the controls; For the inoculated, the content of chlorophyll was higher than that of the controls; For both the inoculated and control groups, the soil catalase, phosphatase and invertase activity presented the tendency of being elevated first and reduced then, the soil urease activity rose slowly throughout the growth period, the soil enzyme activity of inoculated groups fluctuated slighter than the control groups when the Pb concentration increased. It can be concluded from the above findings that the strain of Alcaligenes sp. can not only enhance the remediation of Pb pollution by Pteris vittata but also reduce the poison of lead to the Pteris vittata chlorplasts and the soil enzyme.
