不同海拔对黄果柑光合作用及果实品质的影响

摘  要:
以黄果柑为材料,对黄果柑主产区石棉县海拔800~1 200 m的果树光合作用及果实品质进行了调查研究。结果表明:黄果柑净光合速率(Pn)日变化呈双峰曲线,随海拔高度的升高,Pn越大,最大值为4.05μmol CO_2/(m~2/s);蒸腾速率(Tr)、叶片气孔导度(Gs)与Pn的日变化趋势相同,胞间CO_2浓度(Ci)反之;黄果柑果实总糖与可溶性固形物(TSS)含量随海拔高度的增高而增高,最大值分别达到12.25 g/100g和13.15%;黄果柑果实可滴定酸含量与维生素C(VC)含量随海拔升高而降低;黄果柑果实综合品质随海拔高度的改变无明显变化规律,其中海拔800~850 m处最好,综合得分为6.87,海拔850~900 m次之。

摘  要:
The photosynthesis and fruit quality of citrus fruits at 800-1200 m above sea level in Shimian County, the main producing area of Huangguogan, were investigated with Huangguogan as materials. The results showed that the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate(Pn) of citrus was a bimodal curve. With the increase of altitude, Pn increased, with a maximum value of 4.05 μmol CO2/(m2/s). The diurnal variation trends of transpiration rate(Tr), stomatal conductance(Gs) and Pn were the same, whereas intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci) was the opposite. Huangguogan fruit total sugar and soluble solids(TSS) content increases with height above sea level and increased the maximum value reached 12.25 g/100 g and 13.15%. Huangguogan fruit titratable acidity and vitamin C(VC) content decreased with elevation; The comprehensive quality of Huangguogan did not change with the altitude, and the best was at the altitude of 800-850 m, with the comprehensive score of 6.87, followed by the altitude of 850-900 m.
