H_2SiF_6-H_2O气液平衡体系中氟的分配比模型

摘  要:
针对H_2SiF_6-H_2O体系,建立气液平衡模型,得到氟元素在气液两相的分配比随温度和氟硅酸质量摩尔浓度变化的模型表达式:ln D=4.59×10~(-4)t~2-0.044 4 t+8.44+2/3(-1.53×(3m)~(1/2)/1+(3m)~(1/2)+8.64m/(1+1.5m)~2+0.18m)。绘制50~85℃、氟硅酸质量摩尔浓度≤1.2 mol/kg时,H_2SiF_6-H_2O体系的气液平衡相图。计算氟硅酸溶液绝热闪蒸过程中氟的逃逸量,为湿法磷酸尾气净化工艺提供理论依据。

摘  要:
For the H_2SiF_6-H_2O system,a gas-liquid equilibrium model is established,and the expression of thefluorine distribution coefficient between vapor and liquid two phases is obtained:ln D = 4.59×10~(-4)t~2-0.044 4 t+8.44+2/3(-1.53×(3m)~(1/2)/1+(3m)~(1/2)+8.64m/(1+1.5m)~2+0.18m), in the expression, distribution coefficient of fluorine changes with temperature and the molar concentration of fluorosilicic acid. The gas-liquid equilibrium phase diagramwith fluorosilicic acid concentration of 0-1.2 mol/kg and temperature of 50-85 ℃ is figured out. The amount ofescaping fluorine in the process of adiabatic flash evaporation of fluorosilicic acid solution is calculated toprovide a theoretical basis for the off-gas purification of wet-process phosphoric acid.
