功能基因筛选方法的研究进展

摘  要:
功能基因的筛选研究可为深入了解表型性状的发生和发展过程以及作用机制奠定基础,因而正在成为研究家畜表型性状的重要途径。该领域的迅速发展主要依赖于生物技术的不断提高和发展。文章对功能基因筛选研究策略及其主要技术方法,如候选基因法、全基因组关联分析、二代测序技术、基因编辑技术等的研究进展及应用进行了综述,旨在为相关领域的研究提供参考。

摘  要:
The screening of functional genes can lay a foundation for understanding the occurrence and development process of phenotypic traits and the mechanism of action,and thus is becoming an important way to study the phenotypic traits of livestock.The rapid development of this field mainly depends on the continuous improvement and development of biotechnology.In this paper,the research progress and application of functional genes screening research strategies and main technical methods,such as candidate gene,genome-wide association study,next generation sequencing and genome editing technology,were reviewed.
