铅对慈姑生理指标及其在球茎残留量分布的影响

摘  要:
以慈姑(Sagittaria sagittif olia L.)品种苏州黄和紫圆为试验材料,研究其在不同浓度Pb2+胁迫下部分生理生化指标以及产品器官中残留量变化。结果表明:叶片和根系可溶性蛋白质含量、根系活力总体上随Pb2+浓度的增加而下降,细胞膜透性和丙二醛含量则呈上升趋势。叶片SOD、POD活性在低浓度Pb2+处理下均有所上升,随着Pb2+浓度的增加,活性开始下降;但CAT活性则相反,当Pb2+浓度达到100 mg.L-1后,CAT活性开始增加。产品器官球茎中表皮残留量最高,去皮球茎最低。品种间紫圆球茎中Pb2+残留量高于苏州黄。

摘  要:
Changes of some physiological and biochemical indexes in leaves and roots of the Sagittaria sagittifolia were studied on cultivars of Suzhouhuang and Ziyuan with different Pb2+ concentrations.The Pb2+ residues distribution of the corms was also determined.The results showed that under stress of Pb2+,the contents of soluble protein in leaves and roots,activities of roots descended with increasing of Pb2+ concentration at whole,but the membrane permeability and content of MDA in leaves and roots ascended along with the increase of Pb2+ concentration.Activities of SOD and POD in leaves were increased when lower Pb2+ concentration then decreased when increasing of Pb2+ concentration.But the activity of CAT was contrary and began to ascend when Pb2+ concentration was more than 100 mg·L-1.Residues of Pb2+ in epidermis were more than the other parts of the corm,and those in nude corm were the lowest.Residues of Pb2+ in corms of Ziyuan were higher than those of Suzhouhuang.
