为增加被孢霉产生γ亚麻酸的含量,给出了最佳培养基配方和生产条件,实验证明,新的培养基配方及生产条件使被孢霉脂肪油中γ亚麻酸的质量分数由原工艺的4 .0531 % 增加到7.269 7%

摘  要:
In order to improve the quality fraction of γ linolenic acid in the mortierella,the best nutrition formula and producing condition were discovered.These could raise the quality fraction of γ linolenic acid from 4.053?1% to 7.269?7% and provide technique for producing microbial resources of γ linolenic acid.
