摘  要：
通过介绍我国主要贸易国家食用菌进口扣留（召回）制度，分析我国食用菌出口贸易现状和2016年～2021年我国出口食用菌产品被美国、欧盟、日本、韩国扣留（召回）的情况及原因，以提出我国食用菌产品应对技术性贸易措施的对策建议。

摘  要：
Through introduced the import detention(recall) system for edible fungi in China's major trading countries, analyzed the current situation of edible fungi export trade in China and the situation and reasons for China's export edible fungi products being detained(recalled) by the USA, European Union, Japan and Korea from 2016 to 2021, in order to put forward countermeasure suggestions for China's edible fungi products to deal with technical trade measures.
