食物蛋白浓度对王锦蛇生长和血液学参数的影响

摘  要:
为了探究食物蛋白浓度对王锦蛇(Elaphe carinata)生长发育和健康状态的影响,试验采用形态学测量、快速瑞氏吉姆萨染色和血清杀菌能力测定等方法,连续监测了8%、12%、16%、20%、24%蛋白浓度组王锦蛇进食0,8,16,24,32 d后其身体大小以及32天时各型白细胞的百分比和血清杀菌能力的变化。结果表明:体重、重长比和尺度化的质量指数(SMI)均随进食进程而逐渐增加,16%和20%蛋白组的增幅最大,32天时达到最高值;体全长呈上升趋势,但各组有差异。淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞百分比的最高值分别出现于12%、12%、24%、8%、24%蛋白组,最低值分别出现于8%、24%、8%、12%、12%、12%蛋白组,嗜中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞的比值无组间差异。24%蛋白组血清杀菌能力显著下降。说明进行规模化养殖时,16%~20%的蛋白浓度为最适阈值,且本试验采用的非损伤性采血技术可用于预判王锦蛇的健康状态。

摘  要:
To explore the effects of dietary protein concentrations on the growth development and healthy status in the king rat snakes(Elaphe carinata) by using the methods of morphological measurements, rapid Wright-Giemsa staining and serum bactericidal capacity, we measured the continuous changes of body size after 0, 8, 16, 24 and 32 days, as well as percentages of different subtypes of leukocytes and serum bactericidal capacity on day 32 for 8%, 12%, 16%, 20%, and 24% protein concentration groups, respectively. The results show that the body mass, the ratio of body mass to total body length, scaled mass index from different protein concentration groups were gradually increased after starter feeding with the peak on day 32 and with the greatest increase in both 16% and 20% protein concentration groups. Total body length also displayed increased tendency, but there were differences among groups. The king rat snakes displayed the highest proportions of lymphocytes, monocytes, neutrophils, eosinophils, and basophils for 12%, 12% and 24%, 8%, 24% diet protein concentrations, and the lowest values for 8% and 24%, 8%, 12%, 12%, 12% dietary protein concentrations, respectively. Ratio of neutrophils to lymphocytes did not differ among groups. Serum bactericidal capacity was greatly declined for 24% protein concentration group. The results suggest that the diet protein concentration close to 16%-20% can be recommended as the optimal threshold value in large scale farming, and the healthy status of juvenile king rat snakes can be preciously investigated by noninvasive blood sampling techniques adopted by current trials.
