不同时期解袋对东宁5号梨果实着色的影响

摘  要:
[目的]研究不同时期解袋对东宁5号梨果实着色的影响,为栽培上促进其果实着色提供理论依据。[方法]分别在9月22、26、30日和10月4、6日解袋,以不解袋果实为对照,对套袋东宁5号梨进行不同时期解袋试验。[结果]不同时期解袋均影响果实的着色效果,解袋时间过早,解袋后的果实生长发育时间过长,果实叶绿素重新合成,既增强了底色,又干扰红色的显现;解袋时间过晚,叶绿素含量低,由于外界温度过低、光照不足等导致果实着色不完全,影响果实外观。采收前10~15d解袋,果实上色快,色泽艳丽,果皮中花青素、类胡萝卜素含量最高,叶绿素含量较低,且显著优于其他处理和对照,为东宁5号梨的最佳解袋时期。[结论]采收前10~15d为东宁5号梨的最佳解袋时期。

摘  要:
[Objective] The theoretical basis of the promotion of fruit-coloring of pear variety-Dongning No.5 was provided through the research on the effect of the bag-releasing in the different stages in cultivation practice.[Method] The experiment in the effect of the date(Sept.22,Sept.26,Sept.30,Oct.4,Oct.6,and non bag-releasing as the control)of bag-releasing on fruit-coloring of pear variety-Dongning No.5 was conducted.[Results] The fruit-coloring of pear variety-Dongning No.5 was affected by the date of bag-releasing.The red color of fruit could be interfered because the chlorophyll might be re-synthesized resulting in the apparent of background color if the date of the bag-releasing was too early with too long time of its growth and development.The appearance of fruit could be affected because the fruit-coloring might not be fully completed if the date of bag-releasing was too late resulting in lowest content of chlorophyll under the condition of low temperature and insufficient light outside.The fruit-coloring was fast with gorgeous color,and the content of pericarp anthocyanins and carotenoid in the fruit was highest and the content of chlorophyll was low if the date of bag-releasing was in the 10th~15th day before its harvesting,which was significantly better than the other treatments and CK,respectively.[Conclusion] The best date of bag-releasing of pear variety-No.5 was in the 10 th-15 th day before its harvesting.
