农业科技人员科技创新能力影响因素的研究

摘  要：
采取问卷调查获取研究数据的方法,对农业科技人员科技创新能力的影响因素进行了实证分析,结果显示农业科技人员科技创新能力与其教育背景、学术交往、成就动机密切相关;另外,科技人员所在单位的支持力度对于自变量与因变量之间的关系存在部分正向调节作用。因此,提出了强化农业科技人员科技创新能力的管理对策。

摘  要：
Based on the data obtained by questionnaire,the influencing factors of the innovation ability of agricultural science and technology of agricultural scientists and technologists was empirically analyzed.It was found that the educational background,academic communication and achievement motivation of agricultural scientists and technologists was closely related with their innovation ability.Furthermore,support from the working place had some positive influence on the relationship between independent and dependent variables.Accordingly,a management strategy for strengthening the innovation ability of agricultural science and technology of agricultural scientists and technologists was put forward.
